Lasanha com Macarrão e Purê de Batatas

Ingredientes
- 300g de macarrão
- 400g de carne moída
- 1 lata grande de tomate
- 2 colheres (sopa) de molho de tomate
- 100g de queijo parmesão ralado
- Pouco sal e pimenta do reino a gosto
- 4 batatas para o purê
Método
- Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large frying pan, cook the ground beef with some salt and pepper. Once browned, add the canned tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until well seasoned.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a separate pan, boil the potatoes until soft. Drain and mash them with butter, salt, pepper, and some milk if needed.
- Lay out one layer of macaroni in the bottom of your baking dish. Spread half of the meat sauce over it. Sprinkle with half the grated Parmesan cheese. Layer another sheet of pasta on top, then the remaining half of the meat sauce, followed by the rest of the Parmesan and a generous amount of the mashed potatoes.
- Repeat this layering process two more times, finishing off with a layer of macaroni.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes until the top is golden brown. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing and serving hot.
